I LOVE custom orders! KeiStone believes everyone should add expressive, meaningful jewelry to their wardrobe. Create something unique for you or someone special here! 

Start your custom by filling out the Custom Order Request Form and then set your in-person or virtual Consultation.

For repairs, it is best to stop by our shop so we can take a close look at your piece. You may also inquire about the repair you need by texting photos of your piece to us at 256-517-3581.

A 50% minimum deposit or payment for materials (whichever is greater) must be paid BEFORE your repair or custom begins!

How long will it take?

Typically 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. Due to each piece being handcrafted, time may vary. Kei provides an ETA at each custom consultation and consistent updates. You may contact her directly at anytime during your design process.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes! Pay in 4 interest free payments with ShopPay (subject to approval). Learn more

Otherwise, a minimum $50 deposit for customs or 1/2 of the total cost for repairs is required before Kei begins working on your piece. Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you once the final design is approved by you and must be paid before delivery.

What metals do you use?

We love Stainless Steel! This metal gives us durable, allergy-free, tarnish-free jewelry at a great price point so you can wear your piece without worry.

Kei also works with Sterling Silver, Copper, Brass, and Iron. A combination of metals may be used and options will be discussed during your design consultation.
